Through hair, we empower women. And when women empower women, great things happen.

Tatiana Karelina built her brand on an obsession with the finest Russian hair, and on a belief that the right extensions can change how a woman walks into a room. Each client relationship is treated as a source of inspiration to help empower today's women with confidence-building hair.

Two decades on, the aim is unchanged. To create WOW moments for every client. To be the standard others are measured against. To put the finest hair, fitted by the finest hands, on the heads of women everywhere.

Policies & Student Terms

Protecting The Academy Standard

This prototype adds the main policy structure TK Academy will need before launch. The Class TA policy is included in detail because students should understand how the assistant works, what it costs, and what they can safely rely on.

Privacy Policy

How student account data, payment data, course progress, support requests and Class TA chat history are collected and used.

Class TA

AI Assistant Usage, Cost And Liability Policy

This policy explains how the AI Class Assistant in TK Academy works, how usage is paid for, how student data is handled, and what students can and cannot rely on it for. By using Class TA, students agree to this policy in addition to the Academy terms and privacy notice.

Purpose Of Class TA

Class TA is provided as a learning support tool for extensionists enrolled in TK Academy. It can answer questions about the lessons, help students apply the teaching in practical situations and suggest ways to think through technique, consultation and aftercare. It supplements learning; it does not replace training, judgement, insurer requirements or local professional rules.

How The Assistant Works

When a student asks a question, the platform sends the question, a limited amount of recent chat context and relevant course material to an AI service. The assistant does not have direct access to a student’s files, device, payment card details or private systems unless those are explicitly connected to the platform.

Usage Costs And Fair Use

Students do not need their own AI account and are not billed separately for normal Class TA use. TK Academy pays for the AI service as part of operating the course. To keep the service reliable, the Academy may apply fair use limits, shorten responses, adjust models or temporarily restrict abusive or automated use.

Data, Logging And Privacy

Questions, replies, timestamps, account details and technical service data may be stored so students can see recent chat history, the Academy can improve course content and misuse can be monitored. Conversation data is not sold to third parties. Students should not submit confidential client details or sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.

Limitations, Accuracy And Liability

AI replies can be incomplete, out of date, oversimplified or wrong, even when they sound confident. Class TA does not provide medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice. Students remain responsible for their professional decisions, the products and techniques they use, the work they perform on clients and how they communicate with clients.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TK Academy does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, claim, injury, cost or expense arising from use of, or reliance on, information, suggestions or guidance provided by Class TA. Students should cross-check important points against the course materials, their own training, local regulations, insurer conditions and health and safety guidance.

FAQ Summary

  • Class TA does not cost extra during enrolled access, subject to fair use limits.
  • Class TA is optional; students can complete the course using the videos and workbooks alone.
  • Class TA cannot see private files or client details unless a student chooses to submit them.
  • Class TA is a learning aid only and must not be used as the sole basis for important decisions.
